We have a minimum stay of 3 nights except during the summer where the minimum stay in Pascoe's Pippin and Hocking's Green is 7 nights. Changeover days during this peak period for Pascoe's Pippin and Hocking's Green is Saturday and Gilliflower is Friday.

PRICE
You can be assured that our website prices are all inclusive. We don't charge additional booking or credit/debit card fees nor do we ask for any seasonal fuel supplement.
PAYMENT
The remainder of the payment balance will be due 6 weeks before the start date for your stay.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
On the day of arrival the property will be available from 3PM and on the day of departure we ask that you to vacate your barn by 10AM. This allows our cleaners to thoroughly clean and carryout any maintenance before the arrival of the next guests.
LINEN
Bedding and Towels will be provided for all guests with the exception of cots, we ask that you bring your own bedding for infants staying in cots.
ACCESS
Both Pascoe’s Pippin and Hocking’s Green have stairs up to the first floor bedrooms. Pascoe’s Pippin also has a step up to the front door. Both properties have a walk-in shower. Gilliflower has both steps and a ramp leading up to the front door. The accommodation is all on one level with the exception of a small step into the walk-in shower and a step down into the courtyard garden.
BOOKINGS
When booking a 20% deposit will be requested unless the start date for your stay is within 6 weeks. In this case we will require payment for the full amount at the time of booking. On receiving the deposit we will contact you to confirm your booking.
DIRECTIONS
We shall send the address details, directions and once we receive the payment balance in full.
YOUNG CHILDREN
Please let us know at the time of booking if you require the travel cot or high chair and we will ensure they are setup for your arrival.
Dogs
We kindly ask that guests who bring their dogs:
Don't leave them unattended during the day / evening - we can give you details of an excellent dog sitter.
Don’t allow dogs onto the sofas and chairs
Don't allow dogs upstairs
Collect up all dog poo when exercising dogs and place in the poo bin provided.
PARKING
There is ample room for parking for 2 cars in front of each barn in the shared courtyard.
