Pascoe’s Pippin, Hocking’s Green and Gilliflower are luxury, spacious holiday barns with EV Chargers, set in a large, beautifully landscaped courtyard. They are conveniently located just off the A38 in a tranquil rural hamlet, close to Looe, Seaton, Polperro, Talland Bay, Bodmin Moor, Plymouth and The Eden Project. The barns were all converted from derelict farm buildings in 2017 and are all named after Cornish cider apples to reflect the long farming history here in Trethawle!
Pascoe's Pippin and Hocking's Green have two bedrooms and sleep 4 people and Gilliflower is our one bedroom barn which sleeps 2. The barns are all dog friendly and have been designed and furnished to a very high standard. The kitchens and the soft furnishings are all bespoke and all three properties have wood burning stoves. The bedrooms all boast en-suite bathrooms with either a walk-in shower, a bath with shower over or in the case of Gilliflower, both! Pascoe's Pippin and Gilliflower also have their own private courtyard gardens, complete with BBQs. (Take a virtual tour with Cornish Walking Trails)
The barns are perfect for couples and families alike. We have high-chairs and travel cots available for those with babies and toddlers and plenty of storage space in the bedrooms. We are also happy to welcome up to two well behaved medium-sized dogs. Our semi-enclosed garden area leads onto a very quiet lane, so is very dog-friendly.
We have put a great deal of time, energy and love into ensuring the quality and finish of Pascoe's Pippin, Hocking’s Green and Gilliflower is first class. They really are a home from home!

Couldn’t recommend the cottage and Jacqui’s hosting enough. Spotlessly clean, amazing facilities such as washing machine and dishwasher with tablets provided, great selection of crockery and even Tupperware for packed lunches which were a life saver as we forgot ours. Jacqui greeted us upon arrival and had made us fresh scones with jam and cream to start our holiday in Cornwall perfectly. nothing was too much trouble and Jacqui went above and beyond to accommodate our extra needs. the pictures do not do this stunning accommodation justice, it is definitely in our top list of holiday homes and we would love to visit again!

Reminded us of SOHO farmhouse only better and a real home from home. Could not fault anything. It was all beautiful. From the gorgeous interiors to a fully equipped modern state of the art kitchen. With home- made scones on arrival and Jacqui our delightful hostess to greet and meet.
All in all a fabulous experience and a return visit is a must. Highly recommend this little oasis....
